O’Reilly for Public Libraries includes more than 43,000 books and 30,000 hours of video in areas such as information technology and software; business; digital media; professional and personal development; and desktop and web applications.

Library cards are useful tools for college students. With a card, students can access practically unlimited online and physical resources, get help from experts, learn tips about job applications and resumes, and more.

The first Charlotte Mecklenburg Library interim Uptown location, CMLibrary @ Founders Hall, opens December 6, 2021, and will provide customers the chance to browse books, pick up holds, check out materials, sign up for a Library card and more.
