Tax Information

Information, links and phone numbers for filing and paying federal and local taxes, as well as tax information for North and South Carolina.

The North Carolina Department of Revenue has not sent any tax forms and instruction booklets to libraries since 2010.

The Internal Revenue Service cut back on the number of tax forms and instruction booklets sent to libraries, so it is best to call ahead and ask library staff if the form you need is available at your branch. You’ll find all the library locations and phone numbers at www.cmlibrary.org/locations.
