The Mint Hill Branch Library serves the residents of the town of Mint Hill in addition to numerous surrounding towns and communities. The Branch opened a new 12,000 square foot building in May 1999. The branch is located on Matthews-Mint Hill Road (highway 51) next to the Mint Hill Festival shopping center.
