Rose Leary Love was a teacher, poet, musician, and writer born in 1898 in the Brooklyn neighborhood of Charlotte, North Carolina’s Second Ward. A dedicated educator, she taught in both Greensboro and Charlotte public schools from 1925 to 1964.
Tyler has worked in libraries for over 10 years, both academic and public, with 7 years of that in management where he has infused new ideas and streamlined workflows and has also had the pleasure of training employees. During his Library Science program, he studied abroad in Lisbon, Portugal. He is a graduate of East Tennessee State University and East Carolina University.
