The Davidson Branch, serving citizens of Davidson and the surrounding region, is located on The Green in the heart of the downtown area. The 6,000 sq. ft. centralized location makes it a popular afternoon destination for school-age children.

CMLibrary @ Founders Hall is a temporary Charlotte Mecklenburg Library location focused on popular reading. It is located in the Bank of America Corporate Center in Uptown Charlotte.

Surrounded by a friendly, supportive, and inviting community in Northeast Charlotte, the 16,000 sq. ft. new Hickory Grove Branch is a library reminiscent of the libraries of yesteryear where everyone knew your name.

The 15,000 sq. ft. Matthews Branch Library is part of the Matthews Town Center, which also houses the Matthews Town Hall.

The Mint Hill Branch Library serves the residents of the town of Mint Hill in addition to numerous surrounding towns and communities.

The 16,000 sq. ft. Mountain Island Branch is located in the Mountain Island Village at NC Highway 16 and Rozzelles Ferry Road at 4420 Hoyt Galvin Way.

Myers Park Branch Library is located in the heart of the historic Myers Park neighborhood, at the intersection of Providence and Queens Roads. This 5,112 sq. ft. building was the first branch built by the Public Library in 1956.

The Cornelius Branch Library opened the doors of its 5,500 sq. ft. building in February 2000. It is a joint effort of the citizens of Cornelius, town leaders, Commissioners of Mecklenburg County, and the Charlotte Mecklenburg Library Board of Trustees.

The Plaza Midwood Library is located on the corner of The Plaza and Central Avenue. We are proud to be a part of the rebirth of this popular neighborhood and business district. This 8,000 sq. ft. branch serves a diverse population that makes for a lively and interesting atmosphere.
