Caitlin Moen, world-building and urban fantasy aficionado, believes in intentional planning, but she’s also not afraid of imperfection or failure. Her quote to live by?

Caitlin manages Library strategy and operations in Circulation and Tech Services. She is passionate about ensuring accessibility of resources. Whether it’s recreational reading, digital tools, homework help or receiving accurate information on current events, she truly believes that anyone should be able to gain access to what they need. Beyond that, Caitlin is also passionate about common sense. “I think it’s an undervalued and often underrepresented skill in today’s world and I truly believe it can make a huge difference in the success of an organization,” she says.
In her free time, she loves to spend time with her two daughters, explore the craft beer scene by visiting breweries and spending time with her husband, cheering on her favorite sports team (Go Pack Go!), attending Panthers or Checkers games and traveling.
