Prior to working in libraries, Caitlin Moen worked in community development in New Orleans post-Hurricane Katrina. She is an avid sports fan who proudly roots for Charlotte FC and the Green Bay Packers. Sports aside, Caitlin says that the best thing about working for Charlotte Mecklenburg Library are the people. She equally enjoys and appreciates the incredibly diverse group of customers that the Library serves, the dedicated individuals, organizations and community groups that support the Library, and the incredibly talented and passionate group of staff members who work at the Library.
