Come celebrate Black History Month featuring Storytelling with Mother Minter—Freedom Quilt Series. Join us as we listen, learn and explore tales and literature that describe the purpose of the Underground Railroad and the specialized quilts that were created and used to help enslaved people make their way to freed states. We will also discuss historical trailblazers who gave their lives to ensure the freedom of as many enslaved people as possible.
